Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time We know you need your gear fast to hit the gym. All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeframes & Courier We partner with Bosta to ensure your gear arrives quickly and safely. Standard delivery to all governorates across Egypt takes 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is handed to the courier.

3. Shipping Rates To keep things transparent, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your exact address and governorate. You will see the exact shipping fee in your final total before confirming your order.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can easily track its journey. You can use your "Order Number" to track your package directly through Bosta's official website.

5. Failed Deliveries & Addresses To ensure a smooth drop-off, please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout.

• The courier will contact you to schedule the delivery. If there is no answer, they will make multiple delivery attempts on different days.

• If you cannot be reached after these attempts, the package will be returned to our facility.

• TYGON is not responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, or extra shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses or wrong phone numbers provided by the customer.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) If you select Cash on Delivery at checkout, please have the exact amount ready in cash for the courier to make the drop-off as fast and seamless as possible.
